Having Second Thoughts? (Physical Products)

Because our products are printed on demand (made to order), we cannot accept returns for change of mind. This is a standard exemption for custom-made goods under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

No Take-Backs on Enlightenment (Digital Products)

The Certificate of Acknowledged Ignorance is a digital PDF delivered by email. Because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, it is non-refundable once delivered. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal for this digital product.
